However, there will be a three-year sell-through period, allowing for the sale, export, and installation of these units through January 1, 2028. 2022–2036 The EPA will gradually reduce the production of HFCs by 85% over 15 years, with efforts plateauing at a 15% decrease by 2036. 2034 The GWP standard will be lowered, requiring another replacement refrigerant.
位于北加中谷地区的近十年新出租屋（4 bedrooms SFH-about 2700sqt）最近通过PM听到租客抱怨说空调制冷不好，因为那边夏天常常高温90度-100度之间，所以使用频率很高。。。PM先后请了两位她认识的师傅去检查，反馈回来的意见是建议换掉整个Unit,报价大约是在$12000-$14000之间，即使有其他面积差不多的出租房在夏天更高温的地方，而且房龄还更老一点目前为止也只修过或换过其中的制冷机(compressor)，还从来没有遇到过需要重新换整个空调的情况，况且这也是只有十年新的房子，不知道这种情况下是否有必要重新换空调或是再多请几个师傅去看看能否通过修理或者更换其中一部分零件也可以解决问题？恳请大家多多分享你们的经验和建议，先谢了！

上月高温炎热，房客抱怨空调不够冷，加了氟利昂好点但仍然不行，找了2家公司来，好像都不大愿修，也是说旧系统很快会淘汰，修旧的系统也不便宜，还不如把系统整个换新.PM 帮找的专装空调公司，连拆旧的带装新的 $12000。
