求助，水管back up

租客昨天打电话说水backup，叫了加急plumber，付了875。发现有baby wipes. 
收到的invoice上说有 house trap，不能保证不再堵。

结果今天又收到租客电话又堵了。又叫了加急还要再花875。也还不能保证。建议拿掉house trap。那个要另外quote。

请问这种情况是等着house trap的quote，不管多少钱都付了修好吗？这种情况home insurance会cover吗。要给保险公司打电话吗？

不要花冤枉钱，已证明是房客错要配合修理。取决拿掉/清理trap难度可能就是正常出工不额外花钱。

今天正在商量要不要让租客付昨天的875。还没来得想结果又出情况了

加急也不至于这么贵呀

加急费是250。625是修理费。大周日的还大雨瓢泼只找到这家。

你去掉house trap, sewer倒灌怎么办？Did they do camera scan of the pipe? The service should come with a free scan.

trap can not prevent street sewage to rise into the house.
