假定1万元,年回报率10%。
晚交6个月,可以有5%的回报, 也就是500元。
而如果年底一次付清,只是把税延期1年, 就算税率是最高的37%,相当于把3700延期一年,而这3700一年中很难有500 的回报。
答案,还是应该延期交,当然一次交省事!
除非像网友“风啸啸壮士”说的那样,用Deduction Bunching策略,把地产税挤到一年,这样可以用Itemized deduction,不过这只适用于自住房。或者像朽兄说的那样,根据每年的费用灵活调节。

提高当年的expense,把可以次年要交的房产税提到当年交掉,算入当年的expenses。
最迟三月三十一号付清过了有罚款 Delinquency 由四月一号开始
