我也不想那个麻烦、让租客觉得事儿多,可是看到有的帖子说房客搬出的时候家里全是虫子、蟑螂,也看到网上贴的狗尿房(目前租客都没有养宠物),真心怕怕啊。
我觉得最多一年一次,查出不大不小可修可不修的问题怎么办? 只好都修,大家都麻烦
