FL insurance asked for new water heater every 25 (?) years.

What do you suggest?

My insurance company asks me to change roof, water heater...

Decent roof condition. I am thinking about not to insure. Bad idea? Reinsuro increased premium by 6x in order to kick me out before hurricane season. 

10年差不多，一般寿命是6-9年，换就换了，省得出漏子淹房子。我的几乎都是快到10年就会坏。

Does home or Lowes provide installation there? cost?

提供。但是会贵2-300，今年我换的几乎都在1500左右，最贵1700多，改了下管子位置。

Water heater寿命到不了25年

如果多种几次drain应该可以超过10年吧，不过如果请人做可能不值得

就算能到25年的寿命，这热水洗头，不知头发会怎么样？会不会染成铁锈色？

买这个机器，有6年保质，9年保质的，25年不行，然后佛州10年，AC基本要出问题，可能报销

water heater没有年检，报保险时会问问。也就是这两年，保险公司才频频出怪招，强制换什么，否则不续保。
