which TurboTax version should be used if preparing tax by myself ? Deluxe or Premium? it seems Premium should be used since there is rental income? Thanks!

With rental income you should use Premier.
If you use online, you can start at Deluxe and it will ask you to upgrade if there are additional features you need to use.
Not sure how software works on your PC.

我一直用online version. 有一年贪图costco 便宜买了软件，结果所有数据丢失。
给公司打了无数电话，没有解决。只好从新填数据。
