如果有merrill的账户， 可以看看preferred deposit (4.24%)类似于money market, 100K起步。新开户，45 天转入$， 再加600到1000 的reward (90天不动， 25万是给1000刀）。老账户如果以前没有拿过reward， 那也可以有拿。这个利息% 一直在往上走， 一月的时候是3.98%。
是？哪个银行的？ 刚看了一下 新issue的CD 最高的才到 5%
