这一段虽然说政府有权力renew，但是” under the terms and conditions provided herein" 应该不包括同意涨租金。所以今年可以提前告诉他们新的租金要很高，因为这一年修了很多东西。看看他们是否同意继续租。

Any holdover of the Government occupancy of premises after expiration of the lease terms shall be considered to be tenancy from month to month, and shall otherwise be on the same terms and conditions as herin specified to the current fiar market rental being paid for this dwelling. Such tenancy shall be terminable by either pary on 30 days written notice to the other party.

经验教训：如果是租给部队的个人，还是可以的，房租有保障。但如果是机关，坚决的不行。因为你不知道真正住你房的人是什么样的人，不能做背景调查。其次，utility 是部队付, 这些贵人们夏天空调开最低，冬天暖气开很高，我是修完空调，修暖气，接着就是水和电，再加上刚开始的车库门换新，一旦我有问题，想找他们的agent—难，不接电话，不回email.。最后，千万不能用他们的合同，全是坑。有哪位大侠能告诉我这个term 是一年吗？一年后，我有权利不续约吗？根据他们的解是好像不行。先谢谢了
