--如果房子真的租不出去,才能考虑租给没有见过面的租客。我绝对不会租给没有见过面的人。
--正常的租客,都会精打细算。 没有亲眼见过房子就愿意给定金,很可疑。
--宁愿把房租降低,也要租给合格的房客。
