假设石油是“取之不尽”的,但是勘察,建井,采油和运输也要钱。
太阳能风能也是取之不尽的,但是需要投资建站,输电等等。
核聚变也是一样,即使能够成功,建立一个核聚变发电站肯定比现有的核裂变发电站要贵,管理更复杂,所以即使是取之不尽的,也不是世界大同举天共庆的事情。
把复杂说得通俗易懂是道地的专家。
反之, 把简单说得无比复杂是背书的。
It's not a break through.
NIF一年三亿美元预算总得有个交代。这个正能量的结果是当初提出计划中的,一直没做出来。去年的时候他们觉得都快要完蛋了,
因为再做不出来国会就不拨钱给他们了。但是他们去年八月做了个很好的结果一下扭转局面。上个星期的结果是这两年在那个基础上继续走下去的结果。
