窗口是什么？是从 12am of annoucement date to 12am of Auction date 吗？比如今天是

auction date for 13-week t-bills, 我在“Purchase Information" 里已经看不到今天purchase

option for this 13-week t-bills 了。 可是current holdings shows total amount is $0.0 (我

是第一次购买）。The order I placed on the anouncement date is still shown as "pending purchase".

拍卖后要等到12／15 settlement date，钱从银行取走，然后出现在 current holding

13周后到期, 钱会回到银行账户。

issue date 就是你銀行錢被划走那天。借貼問下T Bill 報稅問題

比如買一萬塊8周明年到期，實際付了9900，這100提前拿的利息是算今年的嗎？謝謝

12月8号 凌晨12点到 12月11号 晚上12点 吗？谢谢

购买窗口一般一直开到拍卖日美东时间中午。有时到下午三点也能买成。拍卖后，那个Bill的购买窗口就关了。

13周的TBill每周都有一次新拍卖。

下周和以后两个月的各个新TBill现在都可以预买了。
