加州和BC一样,缺房子缺的慌,想各种稀奇古怪的主意。归根到底就是大片的独立房房主不想让盖高楼。加州BC像欧洲城市那么高的GDP,为什么住房不是那么高密度?政府得罪不起独立房房主,就去找condo的说事,强迫condo允许出租。都是各个利益集团的斗争。
