i had the similar problem.

then added some starch which helped a lot.

没有搅拌呢。滚开的豆浆冲进去的。1200毫升,用快1tbsp石膏粉(先兑3大勺水)

1 汤匙石膏粉?你下次试试double石膏粉吧,感觉好像石膏粉少了,对比液体量。干豆有200克?

石膏粉凝固好像不如内脂,内脂做豆脑我可以兑到1:10。

I use 1tbsp with 1 gallon soy milk, every time works perfectly.

keep us updated if it works next time. i used

i used 5gm for 1 to 1.2L soymilk. it looks more than 1 TSP.

The texture/taste seems ok after adding starch - def not smooth/perfect. at least, it coagulated comparing to without it.
