10年前遇到过类似问题。如果机器在楼上，坚决不用sump pump解决冷凝水。sump pump每出一次问题，楼下就是一次水灾，你就要修一次ceiling。建议改用1” PVC pipe，利用gravity直接引流到下水管道。这要靠谱的多。我改完三个单元后，10年再没出过类似问题。
还是那句话：越是复杂的设计，越不靠谱。反过来，越简单，越可靠。
