各位前辈，新手小白再次打扰大家了，我们最近在买两套duplex的过程中，其中一套已经确定要了。另外一套因为租客原因我们今天才做完房检。过程中发现如下问题，请大家给些意见是否需要walk away，还是这些问题都属于比较好解决的出租房常见问题？房子是70年代的，两边都带租客。我们正在学习的过程中，希望大家不吝赐教，感谢！

我过去让保险公司请来2个公司，一个清理，搞了一礼拜，10几台吹风机和吸干机，花了我不少电费，其实当时刚漏还没长mold，这公司进来大刀阔斧割墙板，保险公司请来的做起来总是overkill；另一个公司修复，基本上满意，只是后来保险费涨了不少。
后来又一次漏水，发现得晚，不敢报了，自己请来两老墨，先把漏水长mold 的墙板，楼下的天花板，楼上的地板切割了，我自己清mold，从HD 买了件防护服，就像国内防病毒工作人员穿的，买了清洗药水，把有mold 的梁柱清刷了很多遍，一直清到它们发白，干透后，让老墨回来修复。
