请问这个维修该谁负责?

一个townhouse,有HOA。HOA负责外面的siding,roof,deck,gutter。二楼天花板因为下雨,水从roof 和siding交界的地方渗入,现在天花板有水渍和裂纹,property manager说HOA只负责外面, 即使是由于exterior damage导致的interior损坏,也是由owner负责修。这是个新PM,不知道她说的对不对,这个信息哪里能查到呢?谢谢!

因屋顶漏水造成的室内破坏都由HOA 负责修理。

直接写信给HOA ,把损坏部位的照片发给他们。

证据雀啄,他们就会来修理的。

我的屋顶下雨时候漏水,地板烂掉一块。交涉后,他们来把地板换掉了。

基本上如此,我两个HOA都修了屋内雨后损坏,换墙壁,换地板。

都可以的,直接和管理公司联系即可,保险公司赔。
