往年五月和九月都是空的,可是今年五月竟然都满了。 一般到二月底,整年的订单就完成了80%, 以后的订单就是填空了。
我的感觉,短租太多,定价(每天)升不上去。持有了三年,小孩也不想去了,就卖了。
九月,十月都是淡季。能租200天不错了。但是回为Airbnb 影响,价格也所上涨。租得应该也比以前好
2-4 月是snow bird come, beach area price can be high, but mainland price is still off-season price. I don't know how it is now. I sold the house in 2014. Now seems price is more than double now.
