1. renewl at around 10% below market
2. terminate the lease and move out.
Not increasing rent in this inflationary environment is obviously unsustainable while the price/cost of everything else is going up and up. What was your goal and intention when you decided to become a property owner at the beginning? To most people here, it is the financial return and freedom. Never lose sight of that.

先告HOA,输了,又连我一块告,又输了。基本没一次按时付房租。这种人不赶走,早晚出大问题。
对于好房客一般是小涨。几个交租有问题的我几年都没涨,最后交不上只能eviction 换新人。下周赶走的人2年来一直依靠impact的钱来付房租。

你爱搬不搬,无所谓。必须要加租,不然每年增加的地税、保险、人工费哪里开销?
