So your maintenance cost will be higher----many things will break down easily, Though they may not call you for repair, but it is still a deferred maintenance---either fix them on time or before you sell the property.
Another suggestion is: be careful when you deal with the 2nd generation of Mexicans. Many of them do not have good educations. At the same time not working hard as their parents.
