Builder construction contract use a new registered company

Plan to buy a new construction, the construction contract that builder send over refer to a different company as a builder, not his company that built 25 years ago ( builder well known locally)
 

just googled the company name shown on the contract, it was registered on Jan 2022.

Anyone have any suggestions about what is the builder trying to do? Should I still move forward?

是老builder，本来以为看中口碑。就是说今后盖好了有问题他们不想负责？

有没有可能老builder跟很多人成立LLC一样，有个母公司，每一个项目单独成立一个LLC子公司去承建？也是为了保护自己吧？

查一查公司所有人不久知道了。也可能是他的subcontractor

你拿这合同到新房的所在地的镇公所去一问，就知道了！所有建造商都有在镇的房建部门注册。

那就是专门为造这个或这几个房子专门成立的公司。很常见的操作。我觉得有问题，他还是要负责。不懂问律师

是问他有没有申请approval 吗？他是那个镇的老builder. 镇上很多房子都是他盖的。

又给律师写信，还没回。但律师回复可能很官方。也想听听大家的看法

那你还有什么问题? 和有名有姓的老建造商打交道。你也应该自己找个地产律师帮你看买房合同，这么大的人生买卖，应该找个律师！

会不会是这个项目老builder有合作方，所以单独成立这个项目公司

有的是连锁母公司下面的franchise，你为啥不直接问builder呢？听听他解释是什么？
