从我的角度,其实并不想驱逐楼下租客,他们是一对蓝领情侣、按时付租也很爱惜房子,把我的后院打理的也很好,平时事也少。楼上租客一再发信问我接下来要怎么处理,她愿意提供进一步相关证据,她只字不提驱逐的事,但看这气势就是要配合我把楼下赶走。我很烦,这次我不想把失态升级,我想发邮件告诉楼上,好好沟通,楼下也有抱怨,这次因为发生时间已是凌晨五点,而且楼下说了那是人家房中事,唉,我是个房东,我不是法官,我可太烦了。但我知道楼上不会善罢甘休,这事未完待续…

我们这里我从来没看见过经济很好的人住multi的,所以住里面的客人质量都不怎么高,除了修理会更多,他们之间的纠纷也会更多,这是非常大的工作量,我觉得不值得所以不买多家庭的。
