原定12/9过户,12/7日收到物业违反地板规定,当天下午咨询了地毯报价就马上告知买家经纪,
买家没有任何回应,直到12/8日下午退出合约。
这是第四次没法过户,之前三次都是不同的买家。每次都是Full offer.
第一次,房屋检测发现外墙渗水,联系物业 不作为。
第二次,第三次,同样问题,要求物业至少给个时间什么时候修复。
物业继续不作为,直接不搭理我们。拖了3个半月。
只好掏钱请律师发律师函,最后物业才修补。
就是这个律师函引起物业不满,等到过户前2天物业发地板violation order.
5个月前物业就知道地板情况,4个月前通知业主投票表决是否同意改变地板要求,说地毯的要求是86年的,要改。
类似使用木地板在小区的不止一家,邻居,还有其他挂牌上市的都有。
现在房子暂时不卖了,已经空了一年,没有按揭,每月350物业费。
