Still full of deals, but definitely rent situation is getting better.
Amazon already announced they don't require employees to come back to office.
注意产权有Condo 与 Co-op 之分,差不多样子的这两类要差几十万。一般来说 Co-op 出租很麻烦。
其实对曼哈顿我也不怎么了解,各个小区分的很细,有点上海人说法“上只角”之类的。
