并且不要discount，找到contractor 估价后，按照那个价格扣钱。最后结果，就是法院判你输了，你也要找人修房子不是？如果你赢了，就更不吃亏了。我会这样改一改。当然，看看柠檬怎么说。这是我的两分钱。

如需修理打扫，都charge 比那个list 少。
他们来找你磨，最后磨到480。你不能一开始就扣480，钱出去就拿不回来了。
