以前提过有个老房子,地点不错。经常接到各种房产公司说要买房的电话,之前几个月一次,最近每周一两次。为什么有那么多人有我电话号码?
都问我多少钱想卖,我说1.2米,1.25m都说要去看房,现金offer。这些电话是骗局吗?是不是应该都拉黑了?你遇见过这样的情况吗?

如要看房,要求对方提供收入及身份证明,付看房费。根据情况,即你自己时间的珍贵程度,是否方便,要求预付100-500美元。
