Yes I’d like to have permission to AirBnB the space when I’m not Occupying it. I will have full liability for any issues that may occur during my lease, this will be stated in the contract. Also Airbnb offers insurance up to 100,000 and I will apply for additional rental insurance.

你可以google一下“site:biggerpockets.com str insurance”,
biggerpockets上有很多讨论这个的, 不少人觉得AirBnB自己提供的保险不可靠, 所以又专门买商险的,比较贵, 大约是普通地主险的1.5~2倍。
声明一下, 我自己没做过AirBnB, 只是网上看别人讨论的。
无论lease怎么签,真出事房东逃不了干系。已经签的,按原始合同约定办。没签lease,那就换别家吧。
