I had a family renter similar to this one before. Mother and daughter were both Filipino nurses and with grand children. The mother claimed over 100k income and daughter 70k. The son had no job. The mother applied with credit score between 600 and 700 with late payment history. I made a mistake to rent to them. They started late or no payment after 3 months of moving in. They eventually got evacted. When they left, they stole my washing machine and dryer also.
Nurse seems to be a decent occupation with decent income. But there are always outliers. The bankruptcy should be more than enough a flag to reject.

想请教大家,这种有破产记录,信用记录不高,但工作工资收入还可以的,可以考虑吗?
如果出租给有破产记录的租客,有什么潜在的风险吗?

如果是小白的话还是别招惹这家了, 信用不好 收入也就刚刚够格吧?还是等下一家吧
破产是个技术活,而且费用还不低。 一般破产的人都经历过繁琐的法律程序,早已在法院“身经百战”了。一旦日后有纠纷,一般的小房东根本不是这些人的对手。
现在找房客很容易。为了省去日后的麻烦,不租。
