At 18.7%, Manhattan's available office space is more than twice as high as it was before the pandemic, according to Newmark. The rate could climb higher, at least in the short term, with one-third of leases at large buildings in Manhattan scheduled to expire during the next three years, according to CBRE.

不能,她家可能在其他地方发了财,发财机会不仅仅在纽约啊,有人仅仅买国内房子就发了财包括你糊涂兄。

原来投纽约是。但至少2018开始纽约投资环境变了
