在北加州做房地产启动资金需要大,我玩不起。九十年代中在redwood city 有一个13units apartments 90万,手里只有从老板那里借来的10万,肯定玩不转。而十万在当时的南加州可以施展一下拳脚了。
以前上饭店,吃一次50刀可以吃得不错了。后来吃了一次,80刀,感觉没吃到啥。大骂,这么贵,以后自己烧,不吃饭店了。
最近,随随便便吃了120刀,剔着牙说,这个菜烧得好,下次还点这个。

十几万,二十万的白菜房升值也没有湾区好学区好地段的房子升值快。

加州那么大,不要把眼睛只盯着百万的单家庭小黑屋。CASH FLOW 好的地方也是有的,而且无论行情好坏都拿得安心。
不过这种DEAL 不会登到MLS 上去。
