人家说不加,所以他是没有加钱拿到的。
所以我认为经纪应该是诚实的。
我的房子不在热门地区,我要的也是卡脖子价,人家不加很正常,我欣然接受。
我当时还是第一次听说。去年是库存少价格还没起来,我一般碰到这样的counter offer就不加了。今年不一样了,不加拿不到。
不是凭嘴说的,当然,那个最高offer是有操作空间的,但那是违规违法的。。
而且作为seller agent 是不能明确告诉别的buyer出的offer的吧。(暗示,擦边球就没法防止了)
