我一个condo楼上厨房漏水，把屋顶搞湿了，HOA 会派人来修， 现在房客说在修理的几天要住旅馆，要求减这几天的房租，还要我付旅管费，请问我应该付旅馆费吗？HOA master insurance will cover this? 谢谢
1. 你的landlord insurance把这几天的租金补给你。
2. 他的renter's insurance把他的旅馆费用给报销了。
不知这么处理对不对？
因为不是我的责任，所以我都不需要file case on my landlord insurance, 都是HOA master insurance cover the cost, 我都同意减房租了，还要我付旅馆钱，过分了吧
