验房查到白蚁

一个是termite markings at stem wall 

一个是multiple termite tubes that celling spare bedroom.

termite 是subterranean 

inspector 自己的termite treatment company建议的terminate treatment 价格是$430 with one year warranty.

没经验handle termite. 并且远程。求教这个白蚁严重么？个人感觉不太严重，否则$400处理不好吧。

个人觉得不轻，避开吧。

白蚁的问题是，内部只有打开才知道真相，和损坏程度。整个过程有点头晕的。建议避开。

你还可以要求卖家给你所有和白蚁相关的处理材料。你不要求，好象有的地方没必要自动坦白告知你的。还是建议避开。
