我的no cashout refi在经过五次补件,递交了数不清多少的文件后,又一次conditional approval. 这算是已经进入了无限流升级打怪模式了,根本见不到终极boss

Sorry, I did not make some things clear in my post yesterday.  Our refi took about three months.  It was slow.  And I got denied by two other lenders, because my wife and I have 15 properties with sizable loans.  The third loan officer kindly was willing to do it.  The time that I personally spent on it was a few hours.  But the entire process took about three months.

我理解啊,我就是觉得根本不够,现在lender都跟葛朗台似的

哇,做事都这么神速哇。光就是15个property收集各种资料就应该不止6个小时了?

还不说其他做appraisal,和lender交流互动,大多数还有conditional approval后要写要收集要出一堆的证明文件。。。

现在的line credit和08金融危机爆破前不一样了。比如07年你只要打个电话过去要做两个星期

以后就可以让你签字了。但是现在也都要所有的材料包括所有的property的statements,和做loan完全一样。6个小时完成所有还是非常challenge的吧。
