maintain 一条路应该包括路边的树（tree services， including trimming the tree, cut the tree if necessary).
如果是邻居的责任，那别人不能要求邻居怎么样去处理树吧？
所有用这条路的人有义务maintain the road，如果有pothole或者要重新铺路面了，你有义务出钱出力。
但是路边的花草树木不是你的财产。这是底线。具体怎么拒绝他或者怎么做一些交换，你自己发挥创造力。
我会主动帮着铲雪，帮着分担修树，修路费用。
车道如何分享，看title document，车道维修要花钱，好商量。车道边的土地不分享，应该只有一个主人。所以那个主人应该负责。
