加州政府真的是会把地主这个行当给逼得消失的。防微杜渐。现在我们中央谷市场已经是房源少于需要了。

Prop 15也要投NO，想增收商業地產稅。。

为什么Uber司机要contract？

網約司機之前屬於independent contractor，偉大加州要把他們轉為正式員工並提供各種福利假期最低工資等等。。

全天候司机应该属于员工。否则建个网络平台就把小出租公司灭掉破坏本地经济
