The owner is lucky that this one is already down and didn't hurt anyone. However, owner still needs to take out the stump, cut the tree into small pieces and haul away. $500 may not be enough.

如果他一定要锯，他去买锯子，你给他一百元时间费外加锯子钱，最后锯子是你的。
注意，如果要是倒在街上（state road），你可以去找DOT（department of transportation）去锯，他们只管把拦路的木头锯了，堆在路边，你以后还有去收拾。

想想不赶紧处理，一点点小事反而会惹出不必要的事。
