My sister would be wiling to cosign. She has a credit score of 800 and also works as a Physician

如果拒绝回答就说不想麻烦现在的tenant好多次，所以必须回答这些问题，只秀给qualified candidates
差太远的直接拒绝。脸皮薄不好意思拒绝就说要跟现在tenant 商量什么时候有空秀房。

工作和收入还可以的话可以租，分数不是唯一标准，信用又高工资有高的很快就会自己买房。
Instead of ask people how much they make and credit score, just tell people your standard is so much income, so much credit score etc.
Then ask them "are you interested?"
