don't know what to write about. I am bored, so mommy said to write about my hill repeats and yummy orange soda that I got at magic fettuncine place for lunch. I finished all my drawings, organized my pencil set, finished my Harry Potter destroy the horcruxes book (don't let me get in to what horcruxes are because you will be here for hours). Also you would think that you were in a volcano in the Sahara desert, roasting in an oven, for how hot it is here. Ok, byeeee. Ending with a period like always........ .
今天教练要爱美丽练跑坡，我还得陪着跑。。。教练给爱美丽布置的任务上写着，you need to run faster than your mommy，卧槽。
这个周末我们这里要超过105度，爱美丽说要早点出去跑步。
好吧，亲妈我早早起床先把自己的车给骑了。两个小时，一个ipad zwift，一个ipad看环法。有了环法的相伴，都不觉得很枯燥。我知道这些pro骑环法很艰难，但是真的不想结束啊啊啊啊。
然后爱美丽骑山地车，我跑步，一起去附近一个山坡
跑完三英里以后到了坡，开始干活，一共跑了10次。我跑不动了，借口给爱美丽拍录像，skip了一次，lol.
爱美丽现在短距离冲刺确实比我快，我原本觉得自己可能要放点水，让她感觉好点，跑起来才知道，是我想多了。。。十次跑坡确实把她榨干了。
然后她说要去吃fettuccine，我都不知道她怎么知道这个词，就去了附近一个意大利小餐馆，她把一盆面条全吃了。我热死了，吃不下，就点了个鸡肉沙拉，都没吃完。小娃的恢复和食欲，真是让人羡慕。廉颇老矣尚能饭否，就是说的我们这种人吧，哈哈
