如果抹茶的颜色是新鲜的树叶色,而成品是干的,那么肯定就是有啥地方用了科技狠活。
未必一定用了色素。保色剂也是可能的。
本人采过茶,在自然状况下,鲜茶树叶与干茶树叶颜色绝对不一样。
要使干茶树叶颜色与鲜茶树叶看着同样绿或更绿的话,如没有科技与狠活的操作,是反常识的。
“controls” 这个字咱联想到了“weeds control" 而 weeds control 用的是roudup "草甘磷”
所以,“other careful controls “ 包含科技与狠活的可能性不能排除。
