难道都被华人寄回国了？

无所谓。美国佬多选择Tylenol 退烧；用布洛芬对付各种痛。老病号都买大包装的，一时半会儿用不完

二年多前，在山姆店顺了一瓶泰诺，325片。现在快过期了，用了不到5片，零头的零头

我刚在加州的Target买了一瓶布洛芬治腰疼用，当时货源充足

而且特别便宜，两分钱一片。

实在搞不懂为嘛中土狂推布洛芬缓释胶囊（片），那个是治疗慢性疼痛用的。退烧要快，不用缓释。实在没有别的，倒出来温水冲服

美国给孩子退烧用的，多为液体。可以按体重算配剂量，快速吸收，烧立退

请问为什么大家都不用阿司匹林退烧？

我看到一篇文章说挺好。

阿司匹林是最早期的退烧药，后来研发出了一系列类似产品，叫（氨基）水杨酸类。后来发现有皮疹过敏出血骨髄抑制等副作用。

但家庭医生不还是让55岁以上的人每天吃baby aspirin 吗？

关键是剂量。 阿司匹林用于退烧的剂量需较大，最常见副作用：出血。风险大于益处。

我们这一代人，小时候用过退烧药还有：安乃近，去痛片、安痛定、非那西丁等，后来的扑热息痛（Tylenol)

我已经有30+年没吃过退烧药了，准确地说没因为发烧吃过退烧药

只是因为疼痛吃过两三次布洛芬。

泰诺从来没吃过。
