愿意做，做了，但有时做错了。
检测并不能完全防止传染，不知道社交距离和口罩对防止传染的作用。
我们这里有哮喘的病人呼吸不畅的允许不戴口罩。咳嗽的时候感觉呼吸不畅，下意识拉开口罩是可能的。而且他用手挡住口部咳嗽是正确的举动。
如果咳后不碰东西，洗手消毒，拜登的做法没有大问题。
