储存的样品还能用于其它目的吗？看情况，如果病人知情权没问题的话，样品技术上是否合适呢？比如测抗体，对血样抗凝剂有一定要求。

血样已经收集好了，保留是为了QC，training， legal 等等其他目的。。。

我们去看病抽血也不签 consent的。
需要医生add on 另一个test 的order，就可以用储存的血样，真的不需要患者书面许可。我们自己平时抽血检查也不用书面许可。这个add on的test 和我们平时做的检验一样。
我们去看病，就给了医疗系统一个implied 许可，只要有医师order 就可以做检查了。临床这么忙，这么多检查，要做多少书面许可啊：）
但研究需要consent。
是的，医生开个order 和患者书面许可工作量区别非常大。法律也不一样。
医患关系整体还是患者求医成分多。研究者志愿者关系应该是前者求后者成分多一点。供求关系不同法律也不同。
从实际工作看，美国每年就医人数应该是天文数字，人人什么事都给出书面许可首先往哪儿放啊？所以患者的许可一旦医患关系建立就是implied. 不仅仅是保留生物样品（血，痰等等），重要的是用这些样品做test。保留样品是小事。
相比之下，参与研究的人数少多了，书面许可就是写明了要的。
