当然这并不是说我们就去光脚跑步了,想在人类已经习惯穿鞋了,突然光脚锻炼反到容易受伤。他也说改变需要循序渐进。这又创造了一个新的鞋种,叫barefoot shoes. 我刚刚在Amazon买了一双。

主要是看了那本born to run的书后有点好奇,就去试了一下。结果就上瘾了。穿五指鞋跑过半马全马,还背包徒步走过山路。直到最近伤了足底筋膜才回到正常跑鞋。
