找工作这种事情关键还是要靠自己。IT 工作有时是有加班问题，赚钱多点的行业哪个不加班，你知道投行加多少班，普通人听起来以为不得了的投行其实平均每小时时薪不比麦当劳多多少，做到MD钱多不加班了但必须有客户才能做MD, 出差也是常态。

我的好友，先生因为疫情，收入锐减，既然在家工作，她就做了两份全职工作。两个孩子都读小学，主要由先生照料。如果你先生能帮你管家，你也可以试着增加收入，不要总是单靠他。
如果是性格不合，在经济的冲击下，这种不合凸显甚至加据，也可以考虑和平分手。既然决定在一起，就要好好相处。美东说得很对，世间悲剧，大多如此。因为孩子是很敏感的，因为疫情，社交缺乏，很多孩子心理出了问题，尤其聪明敏感的孩子。你们的争吵，令他们不安，对他们不利。不要等到孩子出了问题再来后悔。

花朵女士的题目是个很好的例子, “我先生辞职两年没找到工作”，简单明了，一下子就吸引了我这个路人甲的好奇心，进而激发了同情心， :-)。否则我是不会想到会来逛职场坛的。无论是夫妻，朋友，甚至国与国之间，示弱往往比争强得来更多的实惠，是不是这样吶？
一个好的简历可能像一件艺术品，graphically appealing 让人爱不释手, 据说是用Adobe的InDesign做的。不过现实中我看到的impactful有冲击力甚至震撼力的太少了。
写好以后大声朗读数遍，然后搁置几天，如此重复。最好也请亲人朋友帮忙审阅，多听他人意见。 拼写及语法错误不可原谅，做到100% bullet proof, error free.
