I have been gathering resources to address the interpersonal conflict that you discussed with me.
This is the plan I have come up with:
All members (including me -Me 是老板) will be assigned training on Civility and Respect in the Workplace. All members will be provided with the book “Crucial Conversations” and be permitted to use work time to read this book.
At that point, I would request a one-on-one meeting to discussed some of the things you learned from #1 and #2 and whether you think the training will help you with the situation.
If so, then we can talk about changes that we can all make as a team. If not, then I can refer you to a conflict resolution specialist at HQ who can talk to you about some of the issues. He will talk to you individually first, with the goal of setting up a facilitated dialogue with both of you where he would be an impartial third party who would provide a safe space to discuss the conflict.

一个月以后再说,现在距你发上一个贴已经两个多月了。从这封信里,看不出来头儿是站在临时工那边的。而且你的问题在信中被归结为你们两个人之间如何相处,而不是你是否操作违规。应该是对你有利。
同事之间互相告状的事情,头儿不在场,又没有物证,只有立案,以后再有这种事好处理。你也不必恶心。以后遇到类似情况,先冷静下来再处理。效果可能会好一点。
目前没有合适的位置,所以尽量在拖时间。另外尽量把工作做到尽善尽美,让他们找不到不足。但是隔几天折磨我一下我的小心脏已经到了崩溃的边缘。
头儿说你对他错和让头说他对你错一样不太可能。 头儿要两边都照顾到,没看出逼你辞职的意思。
黑经理,没干几天就说他白领导违反他人权,歧视他,拒绝汇报给那个领导.公司就把他挂到了另一有色经理下边。两人都继续工作。
不要一看"临时工"就觉得别人没资格质问你。我们也没看出来你老板哪里做的不专业。态度挺重要的,别人马上就能看出你内心的想法。
你看了这些也许不高兴。我想你也不是让大家全站在你这边才来这里问的。真心讲,我多年前也多多少少有和你一样的问题,这对今后的职业发展不利。在工作上生活上学会正确的沟通交流,协商解决太重要了。这也是我们以前教育缺失的一方面。

你这个培训反正要做。与其心不甘情不愿地坐在那儿觉得对不起自己,不如不抱成见,能学到很多有效沟通的技巧。
你的情况是沟通时别人的印象和你的本意不符合,经过培训可以发现矛盾是如何发生的,以后就好避免了。培训的另一个好处是开阔思路,比如你不欺负人,培训之后会学到很多别人欺负你怎么办的方法。
