何不本科后就开始工作，边工作边学习，这样可以集中时间精力学需要的，学以致用，一龙其实就是这个模式。
俺这个转行的也是用这个模式，俺觉得非常高效。
工作学习的新东西都是浅层次的，还有就是经验。博士的学习过程是上了一个层次的。
刚看到某个非FAANG大厂搞AI所有领域的researchers，一百多号人全phd，CS的。
心理学和哲学的课本，都是他们遇到需要时当即学习当即应用，芒格比很多专业心理学的懂得都多。

从long term来讲，如果你已经进入了某大公司想搞研究，自学积累也是很好的途径。见过不少本科生从底层做起，四十出头已是业界翘楚，比如IEEE Fellow之类的。
一个方向的大拿做研究，能够引领行业的发展和方向。我儿子一个数学物理都进O的同学现在本科读CS和neuroscience, 暑假找research, 根本不找intern.
