1: Clean all shit from stomach and intestine . 2: Put stomach in hot water for a few min and get rid of the inside skin 3:  Cut intestine in 1 meter length and use chop stick flip inside out. clean and use a rope tight them together 4: Cut togue from head and use ax to open the head in two pieces. 5: Open heart and clean the blood 6: Rinse the lung with water to remove the blood 7: put all into pot to cook 8: 1 to 2 hour to take stuff out in the following order  a: liver, heart, intestine, stomach, head 9: Cool them off and cut all in small piece and dump the soup 10: Trim meat for BBQ, and put all bones with some meat to cook the soup(手抓肉) 11: When ready pour some soup to new pot 12: Add all stuff from step 8 to cook 10min. 13: Add green onion, 香菜,白胡椒粉 14: ready to go 羊杂汤
