cylinder two ingnition coil fault. Not its spark plug
Or wire to the coil. Spark plug condition has no way to be monitored by ECU, can only be checked by your eye. In your case I would swap the umber 2 coil with any other coil to see if an error code goes with the number 2 coil.
14 V is low for a normal alternator. Check if the belt
is too loose for alternator please. Normal voltage should be 14.4 V and above. Maybe that is why your battery is 12.3 V to start with. You could go to a car parts store, Advance Autoparts, Auto Zone, O'Reilley etc, they will check your alternator free. Or you could buy a battery/alternator tester for around $20-30 to check yourself.

if the panel light is on and off when the enging is running. The panel light is on when your alternator is malfunctioning. The panel light is off when your alternator is functioning. On and off means your alternator is in the margin of good and bad condition. The panel light in fact is just a volt meter, it let you know the output votage/condition of your alternator. I'm pretty sure, you should replace your alternator. It is relative easy job if there is enough space around the alternator in your car. It might be less than $150 (you have to return the old alternator to where you buy the new one). I have replaced several alternators including a very old Camry's. The failure of an alternator in old cars always shows the panel light on.

2. 检查电池的电压, 电笔搭在接线头上, 电池电压在12V以下波动; 在两次换电池的过程中, 注意到有氧化物跌落, 将正负极接头彻底请理.
3. 准备请理进气系统, 先拆下MAF, 目视没有一点积碳.
4. 发动汽车还是老样子,无法启动.
5. 准备研究上starting fluid 以及点火塞测试(新手头大中)
6. 死马当活马医, 用valet key启动, 挣扎了8-10 秒左右, 车子居然发动了. 持续运行30秒关停, 再次用VK钥匙启动一切正常并关停. 换fab钥匙启动同样正常.

在运行时,刚才漏写了.
又去测了一下, 错误码P0302.
Google maf throttle body cleaner, Walmart有个set 两小罐共8块多钱。其他地方也有,但贵点儿。
目前能启动说明之前电池不能full power输出。清理后,改善了,外加你打开了intake air box/maf, 所以在几次努力后,启动了。而且电压14v,说明alternator 正常工作,且能更好的充电给电池。但应该还有相关部份在临界状态。继续排除。
关于misfire, 如果你的obd scanner可以显示出2缸有多少次misfire, 如果总数不多,而且引擎启动后不是明显异常一直抖动,可以先放一放。一般情况下,2016的车应该spark plus 不会有太大问题。你当然可以检查一下。
但如果只是第2缸misfire, 不太会造成如你描述的启动困难。
还是先排除进气,供油的问题。
当然,如果车启动后一直抖动,则先检查对应气缸的ignition coil 及spark.

是不是发电机坏了?
两个错码,P0302 和P1604都消失不见。唯有在Key On 的位置,检查充电系统还时亮时灭。发动后,电瓶电压不足14V。
会按你建议的清理工作做一遍。
现在的问题是,misfire错码消失,电压小于14v。是发电机有问题吗?

那个灯在key on的位置只能说明之前的电池状态。充电在车运行中。运行中那个指示不发生,还担心什么呢?
车引擎运转时,测一下电池的电压,如果稳定在14伏左右,则alternator 在正常工作。
关键的问题是,车的启动是否正常了。之前提过不必太担心2缸misfire, 因为那个数据很可能是你之前反复试着异常启动造成的。

我就看不到有啥理由才3万多迈就能坏掉。
Idle时发电机的正常电压在大约13.5v - 14.5v
但如果有较大的负荷,电压会降低。不知你是否测试时,开着灯,等等。考虑你的电池很可能在亏电状态。会降低一些电压。所以建议你开一段时间(连续的,比如高速)。充足电。再看看。
如果担心发电机故障,不妨像其他的恢复建议的,先检查一下serpentine belt看看有没有打滑。
你最了解你的车。如果长期短时间开车,电池寿命会大大减少的。
在对应engine code时,要看具体情况。故障原因不是总是和code一致。但code可以给出一些hint. 所以不一定要头疼医头 脚疼医脚,结果换了一堆不必要换零件。
还是那句话,不必太紧张。
