But nature has a way to protect itself. With avoidance, they intinctively try to escape further loading. When it becomes a reflex, problems follow into adulthood.
Try to help rather than making demand. Goals should be reachable with reasonable effort. Otherwise, they'll just give up and shut you out.

体态的问题。前几天娃和几个同一年级的小中碰了下头。他们平时不在同一年级,见面很少。
我观察了一下。相当部分男娃有含胸驼背,脖子前伸的问题。加上不自信,气场比较弱。
我的观察是小孩长时间趴在桌上做功课上网这样的问题就可能出现。女儿高中时期很累,驼背有出现。我曾经在她体检时问过医生怎么矫正,医生说不用矫正,会消失的。她上大学后学业比高中期轻松很多,休息的好,好像真的消失了。儿子刚开始偶尔出现这个问题。他爱运动。我会督促他每天运动数次,以前是为保护视力,现在又加上保护体态这个目的。有效。很久没看到他有体态问题了。
双手肩同宽撑墙,上身尽量下压。
双手拿一根绳子,调到能承受的最短距离,双臂往后绕,一直到大腿后侧,再绕回来到大腿前侧。就是尽量360度绕圈。尽量缩短双手距离。
我姐是舞蹈出身。最看不得弓腰驼背。俩娃被她面提耳命好几次。
我家两娃儿四岁的小教练就是17岁的泳队男娃儿。真的很有耐心。每次训练完,就给糖吃。
不求啥阳光高大,对体育残娃太奢侈了,只求正常生活
个子不高,但是一直有点驼背,一度自己练肚肚,结果腹肌好了反而驼得更厉害了,最近两年锻炼比较科学均衡,几个月以后就一切都好了。。。
我觉得一圈一圈游是挺枯燥的,但是娃们觉得还好。他们喜欢。

夏天在我家泳池一圈一圈地游,每天要游1000米。几年前是家庭游泳比赛,到夏季结束看谁游的最多谁是冠军。我女儿一直不参与,说boring。老公没耐心,一般参加一半就放弃了。我儿子以前每年都打败我,今年开始也有样学样不游圈了,也称boring。7, 我一个人游,今年第一次自己拿冠军。不明白的是为什么我女儿宁肯跑步不游泳。跑步也是一圈圈跑,难道不是也boring吗?
给家有懒娃的家长点希望。我家大娃懒不爱运动,我们商量了很久才去了二娃的健身教练那里,一周二次,但是回来还是不运动。去了有一年了,现在终于自己主动锻炼了。早起去同学家的garage,晚上在操场。
现在练了半年了。每天跳2000-3000下。那个快。我给他记过时。跳100下,30秒。和之前完全天上地下。
这半年明显看到长高了。
我和女儿游泳都用一个扩音器和手机连上,边游边听音乐。我最后一次游泳是在9月10号,水已经非常冷了。我放了苏格兰的名歌萝梦湖,想着苏格兰那么阴冷的夏天天气,感觉水还暖和些。

我娃开始也不愿意。我给钱让他跳。他很财迷。就跳了。后来我就不给钱了。
当然,游泳是项好运动,我最喜欢泳娃,呵呵

练体态。教练很可能也是用Kinesiology给训练。改善有限。一疲劳过度还是会出现问题。那个私人教练被我解雇了。因为做他的program最后要大喊出来。我女儿不喜欢大喊。那个教练就push她,还说Asia kids怎么都这么quiet?我当时很想说美国人为什么都这么loud? 凭什么不能quiet?!不喜欢不包容有偏见的教练。
这是孩子能坚持泳队的原因啊。
尤其teenager的少男少女,各个身材棒多了。能date一个泳队男女孩,都是很得瑟
因为是全年游,退的时候最fit,后来xc只是一季,体重大落大起。
游泳能坚持下来真是不错的锻炼。
当然是个例。只是说光靠游泳不能预防或纠正驼背
背都驼的很厉害。都是从小就喜欢含胸,后来越来越厉害,去找专科医生做练习矫正
只是想说驼背问题仅靠运动不能完全避免,家长从小要盯着。倒是真的,很多健身教练非常注意posture, posture不对容易受伤
