It is OK to hire a coach to brainstorm with the student and to critique as well as to organize the essays. However the student has to write the essays himself/herself becuase the Admission Officers want to hear the student's voice. I do not even rcommend to have the coach polish the essays too much because this could make the essays sound unauthentic.
他也不是那种能写的人，整天窝在家里，孩子没心情写，写了一个学校交给我，说是不申请其他学校了。
怎么帮他？ 我根据他的经历写了几个， 网上找的一个重新写了一遍， 这样交上去可以吗？

我们这里藤娃开讲座，教育学弟学妹说，你要是没有半夜两点对着电脑发呆的经历，说明你的essay写得肯定不够好。呵呵。老中父母的思路跟小孩的肯定是不一样。你可以跟他brainstorm， 帮他写不行的。人家一眼看出来。
真厉害的话，找个藤娃写也许有戏。但是人家不是你娃，能写得贴切吗？而且这的确是作弊了。话说回来，找个中介，到底帮到什么程度才算或者不算作弊？这系统问题太多了。
